Rental Information
The Marquee Theatre has hosted worldwide famous artists including Adele, Prince, Green Day, Jonas Brothers, The Black Keys, Katy Perry to name a few.
We produce 90% of our events in-house. But, also welcome rentals to qualified companies and organizations.
We price the venue as a turnkey rental fee including the full use of venue, house sound lights, video and side wall led video panels, technical staff, security/ usher and box office staff, off duty police and cleanup.
Rental rates are as follows:
- Public ticketed events=$15,000.00
- Private events= $30,000.00
To be considered to rent the venue, I need the following information for agreement:
- Company Name
- Company address
- Signatory for agreement
- Person responsible for payment
- Event Promoter Production contact
- Person responsible for insurance
This price does not include:
- Any audio, light, video, dj equipment that Marquee Theatre does not own would incur rental prices for that equipment.
- Event advertising
- Ascap, bmi, sesac licensing fee
- Artist catering
- Promoter insurance- $2m General Liability policy naming Sunven Entertainment Group, Inc named as additional insured.
- Stage labor
- Day of show runner
- Artist transportation (airfare, hotels, van/sprinter rental, ground transportation driver)
- Towels
- 8.1% sales tax deducted from ticket sales
- 4% ticket commission deducted from ticket sales
On public ticketed events, there are also charges paid by patrons on public ticketed events.
- $3.00 venue facility fee (paid by patrons)
- Tickets exclusively on sale thru (Ticketmaster.com).
- Normal per ticket service fees that average 28% of gross ticket price.
- $10.00 per car parking
- Cash bar
If you want to move forward, I can issue you an agreement and invoice.
A Non-Refundable 50% deposit is due upon signing agreement and prior to event on sale. Then, the balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to event.
